These Terms and Conditions regulate the utilization of the AuditEdgePro system for audit verification solutions and define the contractual relationship between clients and our offerings. By enrolling in our solutions or establishing an account, you acknowledge these Terms of Use.
AuditEdgePro provides a comprehensive return policy designed to ensure client satisfaction. Clients may request a complete refund of solution payments within 14 days of initial enrollment if they are not fully satisfied with our audit verification solutions. To initiate a return request, please contact our team via the contact form or directly at consultation@auditedgepro.com with your enrollment details and reason for the return. After the initial 14-day period, refunds for ongoing subscriptions are calculated proportionally for the remaining unused portion of the membership. One-time solution purchases, downloaded materials, and processed documents are no longer eligible for refund after expiration of the 14-day guarantee period. If technical difficulties have prevented access to paid solutions for more than 72 hours, we will extend access or issue a partial refund at our discretion. All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the initial purchase within 7 to 10 business days following confirmation. Personal consultation programs and custom solutions have separate refund conditions described in individual service contracts. Return requests submitted after solution completion or after accessing more than 75% of content may be refused by AuditEdgePro at our discretion.
